Privacy notice

Hosting: This site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). Cloudflare processes server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement; legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookie-free, sets no identifiers in your browser and does not track you across sites. We only look at aggregate page views per path.

No cookies, no local storage: This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Email notification (optional): If you enter your email on the „tomorrow" page, we store it in Cloudflare Workers KV together with the time of entry and the consent version. Purpose: one email when the game launches. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing fourfifty.production@gmail.com or replying „delete" to any message from us; we then delete the entry. If the game does not launch, the list is deleted no later than six months after this test ends. We do not share or sell the list.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for us: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen). Contact: fourfifty.production@gmail.com.
